Ruby Sandhu is a UK qualified lawyer who has practised commercial law since 2002. She completed her academic studies at the University of Nottingham having earned her masters in Public International Law. She has travelled and worked extensively abroad and with NGO's and Governmental organisations in post-communist and transition economies in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. This work has included teaching International Human Rights Law to postgraduate students, advising a global distribution media company and recently setting up legitimate infrastructures and compliance for a business in an Asian market. She has gained considerable commercial experience working on large scale merger and acquisition projects as well as advising individuals and companies on general aspects of commercial law.
