Anthony Rose, a senior and very experienced English corporate solicitor, has joined Toronto based law firm Amsterdam & Peroff's London office as a Consultant.

Anthony brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial and corporate matters, and adds to the firm's expertise in competition law, insurance and reinsurance, mergers and acquisitions and international trade.

Anthony was previously Head of Corporate at a top 50 UK law firm, and a one time member of the legal department of ICI. He has spoken several times before the European Commission on anti trust matters, and is a non executive director of a number of companies. He has excellent connections with the financial institutions of the City of London.
