Dean A. Peroff

In practice for more than 25 years, international counsel Dean A. Peroff specialises in trade, anti-dumping litigation and corporate human rights disputes in emerging markets.

He is recognized as a pioneer in Canadian anti-competition law, having won a landmark case on behalf of his client, the People's Republic of China. Currently, he is involved in litigation surrounding the case and the imprisonment of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, along with several other human rights and commercial disputes.

Dean has delivered key note speeches at distinguished forums around the world addressing matters from corporate to human rights law.

Dean is a member of the Canadian and International Bar Associations. He studied law at Queen's University in Ontario (LLB).
